Who is the European Climate Fondation?

What is the RES Monitor
This platform will connect European and national policy makers, members of parliament, regulators, scientific experts, industrial representatives and citizen groups in order to enhance exchange of information and cooperation with the final aim of facilitating the development of sound policies which ensure that the at least 32% renewable target is met cost-effectively.
The mayor problems
- Their current CRUD is based on Joomla (We don't know why)
- The report system is generated in Joomla over a cheap server it takes up to 15 minutes
